Contract conclusion / Correction option / Confirmation of receipt

The customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is only formed upon our acceptance. The customer will be notified of our acceptance by email.

You enter into a contract with us by placing an order online, thereby submitting an offer to us. Your contract is considered concluded once you have received an order confirmation via email after successful payment through our partner Digistore24 GmbH.

An order can only be placed if all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the order form are completed. If information is missing or we are unable to fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before final submission of the order, the customer has the opportunity to correct it. Supporting details are provided to the customer directly during the ordering process.

Once the order process is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Digistore24 GmbH at the email address they provided, containing the download link to the ordered course videos. The customer will also be automatically redirected to www.iraganasfaceyoga.com and informed of the successful completion of the purchase.

 

Customer loyalty to his offer

The customer is bound to their order for 14 days from receipt of this order. The statutory right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) remains unaffected.

 

Contract storage

We do not save the purchase agreement. If the customer wishes to print the contract text after placing their order, they can proceed as follows: You will receive the confirmation email and invoice from our partner Digistore24 GmbH.

 

Contract language

The contract language is German.

 

Countries

Our offer is exclusively aimed at customers residing or habitually resident within the EU and Switzerland.

Due date / prepayment

Unless another payment method is agreed upon, the customer is obligated to pay the full purchase price upon conclusion of the contract.

 

Note regarding the statutory warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. The warranty period for the delivery of movable goods is two years from the date of delivery.

Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other grievances can be made using the contact details provided in the legal notice.
